
The Sets, Props & Costumes
Step onto Platform 9 ¾ and venture inside the original Hogwarts Express steam engine! This permanent exhibit gives visitors the chance to climb aboard the train’s carriage and pose with a luggage trolley as it disappears through the platform wall.
Walk through Diagon Alley, home to Gringotts Bank, Ollivanders Wand Shop, and Mr Mulpepper’s Apothecary. This iconic set was first seen in the first Harry Potter movie, where Harry first chose his wand.
Admire the fabulously designed costumes used through the film series, from the Quidditch uniforms to the Yule Ball costumes, to the outfits Harry, Ginny, Ron, and Hermoine wore in the final scene of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
Creature Effects
Learn about the creature effects used throughout the film series, from the life-size animatronic versions of Buckbeak the Hippogriff to the 60 goblin heads used as the bank officials and tellers at Gringotts bank. Don’t forget about Aragog, Hagrid’s Acromantula who had a leg span of over 18 feet.
Flexible Return Ticket
If 4 hours in the Studios doesn’t sound like enough time, you can now book the flexible return ticket for travel on select dates. This allows you to hop aboard any return bus back to London, subject to availability. This is available for all departures until 12pm. The last bus back to London departs at 8pm.

Become immersed in the filmmaking trickery required to pull off the magical mishaps seen in the Harry Potter film series. Experience taking the O.W.L examinations under Professor Umbridge’s watchful eye in the Great Hall set. Discover how the pandemonium was created when the Weasley twins disrupted the quiet exams.
